Includes your agency service agreement information, also known as Appendix C, providing total annual costs for billed services and products. Drafted rates are updated quarterly and gain accuracy throughout the fiscal year. True-up will reflect monthly in arrears (e.g.; July count will be reflected on August invoice).
Appendix D | OMES Human Capital Management Human Resources/Payroll Detail of Services Provided
Projected billing is calculated on an annualized amount based on February invoices. Actual invoices are based on customer’s head count and other billable events as agreed upon at the time payroll is processed.

Includes Central Printing, Interagency Main, and Fleet Management services. Any change in totals is based on customer consumption.

All premiums are estimates based off initial market indications and can fluctuate due to changes in exposure and loss development for the various programs. Program premiums referenced include: Property Insurance, Motor Vehicle Liability, Tort Liability, Public Officials/Employment Practices Liability. **Workers' Compensation coverage is not referenced as anticipated premiums are flat of expiring.
