Financial: Total Earning Potential = $260,000 - $300,000+
- Employed position through Share Medical Center or St. Anthony Hospital (SSM Healthcare)
- Base Salary – up to $260,000 (Initial contract term is 4 years)
- Salary covers: Clinic duties
- Additional monies for midlevel oversight - $15.6K per year
- Extra money for ER backup call - $228 per 24-hour shift
- Relocation support: Up to $10K with proper receipts
- Potential for student loan repayment available from the Oklahoma Medical Loan repayment program, and through HSRA

- Currently 200 employees among the medical facility, nursing home, and senior living center
- St. Anthony provides many resources ensuring progressive practices and up-to-date philosophy
- Nearest level 1 facility is in Oklahoma City, 150 miles away (OKC transport typically done by AirEvac), Enid 70 miles and Wichita 114 miles away

Volume
- Physician is responsible for a full-time schedule (36 hours of patient contact, 4 hours of administrative work)
- Flexible schedule to include: 5/day X 8/hr.; 4/day X 10/hr.; or 3/day X 10/hr
- Hours are negotiable (salary will reflect this)
- Average of 20 - 25 patients per day
- Midlevel providers are currently averaging around 18-25 patients per day
- Oversight duties would be up to 3 mid-levels
- 3 exam rooms and 1 procedure room in Hospital clinic
- Total clinic visits 2018: 17,643
- Physician is only responsible for hospital clinic
- Patient age: cradle to grave
- Cover nursing home patients under doctor’s care
- Would not be required to do inpatient work/extra pay for inpatient work done outside of clinic hours
Call
- Back up call is optional
- Only required backup call for roughly 10 days per year when primary ER physician is on vacation or on an emergency basis
- ER backup call is a 24-hour shift paid at $228/day
- Cover open ER shifts for additional pay
