Bylaws and Procedures

The purpose of the Bylaws is to guide the Commissions actions and decisions to better serve the state. The Policies and Procedures provide a roadmap for day-to-day operations ensuring the Commission is action oriented by setting goals and following the laws and regulations according to the State’s Open Meetings and Open Records Act.
