Who Must Attend?

• Class 4D (IV-D)
• Class 6A (VI-A)
• Class 4-DO (IV-DO) – If you have the “Dispenser Operator Endorsement”

Failure to comply:

• Shall be cause for suspension or revocation of the permit under which such person, firm or corporation might be operating.
• May result in a Citation up to $1,000.00 per person.
