If you are a licensee facing pending litigation action, citations or any matters to be heard by the Board at a Board Meeting, do not contact the Board Members regarding these matters. All communication must occur during an Open Meeting.

Board members shall not engage in ex parte communications designed to influence action on licensing or regulatory proceedings.

In accordance with 75 O.S. § 313

Board members should not discuss pending or anticipated individual licensing, disciplinary, enforcement, permit-renewal, suspension, or revocation matters with a licensee, complainant, respondent, attorney, representative, or other interested party outside the formal proceeding unless expressly authorized by law and with appropriate notice to all parties.
