AMENDED EXECUTIVE ORDER EXTENDS RESTORE TASK FORCE’S DEADLINE TO JANUARY

Governor Kevin Stitt today issued an amendment to Executive Order 2019-22, which extends the Reentry, Supervision, Treatment and Opportunity Reform (RESTORE) Task Force’s summary report to be due January 10, 2020 and extends the life of the task force to January 31, 2020.

“Due to the incredibly important and detailed nature of the information gathered by the RESTORE Task Force, we have decided to give time for one more public meeting and extend the deadline for their final report by one month,” said Gov. Stitt. “They have worked hard every step of the way, and I look forward to receiving their recommendations on January 10.”
