ODOC has implemented a comprehensive Pandemic Plan, which is posted on the agency website. The plan provides direction for staff and protocols to be met under certain noted events. The plan also highlights increased sanitation efforts within facilities and with transport vehicles; emphasizing cleaning/disinfecting frequently touched surfaces multiples times a day. Also, the agency has formulated specific procedures for each facility to address specific medical responses.
