McALESTER, Okla. -- Officer Michael Harold’s consistent, steadfast drive to be at his best, to help his teammates and to collaborate with other stakeholders outside the agency serves as an excellent example for others to follow. With great pride, he strives to return offenders to society with the tools they need to be productive citizens.
His personal level of motivation is exemplary, as are his organizational skills and policy knowledge. He always has offenders’ best interests at heart, as demonstrated in his casework and documentation showing exceptional offender supervision and use of evidence-based practices.
Despite a high caseload, Officer Harold takes on extra duties and remains timely and dependable, going out of his way to help offenders improve.
