US Marshals collar MACC walkaway in Kansas City

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Last week’s #FugitiveFriday, Alvaro Rodriguez, is back in custody.

He walked away Oct. 15 from MACC’s minimum-security yard. The marshals located him Wednesday afternoon in Kansas City.

He will be headed back to Oklahoma soon to finish out his sentences for stolen vehicle possession, having a sawed-off shotgun/rifle, drug possession, and committing a felony with a firearm that had its serial number removed.
