Oklahoma Department of Corrections Director Joe M. Allbaugh will be featured at 7:50 a.m. Saturday on KWTV News 9's "The Hot Seat" hosted by reporter Scott Mitchell.
In the broadcast, the Director will discuss the legislative session, across-the-board pay raises for staff, aging ODOC facilities and other issues.
