ICYMI: DOC Director: Oklahoma can do better on corrections

For years, lawmakers and subject matter experts have discussed Oklahoma's female incarceration rate, the highest in the nation and more than double the national average. Now we can add to that distinction the nation's highest male incarceration rate.
