Thank you for your efforts to assist those residents in the areas suffering from the recent tornados. As a result of the storm damage, many residents will be receiving insurance proceeds checks. We encourage banks and credit unions in the affected areas to cooperate with customers and non-customers alike to assist in cashing or depositing checks representing these proceeds. This may include waiving fees that may otherwise be a part of your fee schedule.
