Personally Identifiable Information

The Oklahoma State Banking Department may collect personally identifiable information such as name, birth date, place of birth, mother's maiden name, Social Security number, official state- or government-issued driver license or identification number. This information resides on secured servers via the Information Services Division (ISD) of the state's Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES). The ISD facility features hardened physical protection as well as protection from internet based threats utilizing the state's Cyber Command team. 

The personally identifiable information collected by the Banking Department is not shared with the public nor is it subject to open record requests.
