Privately Owned ATMs

All persons conducting bank or trust-related business with Oklahoma residents that only includes installation of automated teller and/or cash dispensing machines, must submit a Registration Statement to the Oklahoma State Banking Department annually and enclose a check in the amount of $50.00 per ATM with a cap of $500.00 pursuant to Title 6 O.S. Section 422(D).

Failure to do so shall result in the Banking Commissioner issuing an Order for Compliance. Failure to comply with the Commissioner’s Order is a criminal offense.
