The Office of Juvenile Affairs (OJA) serves as the state's juvenile justice agency. Founded in 1995, this agency now encompasses the following functions:

  • Institutional and Residential Support Services.
  • Juvenile and Treatment Services.
  • Office of Standards for Prevention and Systems Improvement/Division of Community-based Youth Services/Grants.
  • Finance and Administration.
  • Oklahoma Youth Academy Charter School (OYACS).
  • Advocate General.
  • Office of Public Integrity (OPI).
