Workers' Compensation Court of Existing Claims

Founded in 2014 as part of the reform to the state's Workers' Compensation System, the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Court of Existing Claims serves as the judical component of 85A O.S. § 400, which adjudicates workers' compensation claims with a date of awareness before Feb. 2, 2014.
