State Election Board

Established under the Oklahoma Constitution in 1907, the State Election Board serves as the administrative agency charged with the conduct of state and federal elections in the State of Oklahoma. The Secretary of the State Election Board has oversight of and general supervisory authority over the 77 County Election Boards to ensure uniformity in the application of election and voter registration laws and rules.
