The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) is a collaborative partner for other state agencies and oversees the state’s accounting and reporting, budgeting, capital assets management, information technology, human capital management, employee health plans and procurement standards. Through these essential services, OMES fulfills its mission of “Serving those who serve Oklahomans.”
