Welcome to the Client Portal. Here you can submit a self-referral for services and view the status of your referral. After submitting this information, you will be contacted by your local office to complete the application process by meeting with a vocational rehabilitation (VR) staff member to review the information you submitted and discuss the VR process. The application process is not finished until this step has been completed.
Once your VR application process has been completed, you can use the portal to see your case status, your counselor’s contact information, and review and update your contact information. If you do not yet have an account, contact your counselor to request access to the portal.
