As a reminder, effective July 1, 2023, the State of Oklahoma will transition from HealthSCOPE to P&A Group as the state's flexible spending account (FSA) administrator for medical and dependent care FSA account holders.

The HealthSCOPE Benefits Card blackout period began June 16, 2023 and will last through June 30, 2023. During this time, you will be unable to access your account(s) in the transfer to P&A Group. You can no longer submit a claim for reimbursement to HealthSCOPE.

After the blackout period is over, you will be able to use your account(s) and submit claims to P&A Group for reimbursement.
