Registration

To register your site and be able to test students, you will need to complete the Site Administrator / Proctor Testing agreement. This form should only be completed by Site Administrators and Proctors.

If you select Site Administrator in the agreement form linked below, this means that you:

  • are our single point of contact
  • confirm that you are not an instructor
  • oversee test administrations
  • can proctor exams or must ensure all proctor(s) have completed this form
  • will only share login information with proctors that have completed this form
  • will be responsible for distributing results/certificates

If you select Proctor in the agreement form linked below, this means that you:

  • assist the Site Administrator with proctoring exams
  • cannot be an instructor in the subject area covered by the exam
  • understand all communications will only be with the Site Administrator
  • understand the CTTC will not share login information with you

If an extenuating circumstance happens where the Site Administrator cannot perform the duties outlined above, you must contact our office immediately to discuss a resolution.
