Ordering
Information Needed at time of Ordering:
- Cost of Assessment: $18.00/test
- Payment Method:
- Purchase Order - must be signed
- Please upload the PO in the location indicated within the Ordering Catalog.
- Credit Card Number
- Purchase Order - must be signed
- School Information
- Site Administrator Name & Email (person responsible for test administration) - cannot be an instructor
- Name of Assessment(s) Needed
- Quantity for each Assessment Ordered - (minimum of 5 per assessment titles)
- Anticipated Test Date(s)
- Please know that assigned credits cannot be reassigned to another assessment once order is complete
- Please know there is a seven business day minimum to process test tickets once the Site Administrator agreement has been completed
