The BUILD Act

The Oklahoma Development Finance Authority and the Oklahoma State Treasurer’s Office are seeking public comment on the proposed Master Development Agreement drafted pursuant to the BUILD Act, enacted during the 2026 legislative session.

The public comment period will close on October 16, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
