Budget Period 1
Funding recipients represent organizations across rural Oklahoma that are advancing innovative solutions to improve health outcomes, strengthen local health systems, and expand access to care. Through the RHTP, funding is awarded to eligible organizations whose projects align with program goals and demonstrate the potential to address the unique needs of rural communities.
This page provides information about funded projects, award amounts, and the organizations selected to receive RHTP funding.
Note: Amounts shown represent funding tied to direct services to be provided in communities and do not reflect all program expenditures, such as administrative costs. For more detailed RHTP funding information, please visit the RHTP Data & Resources page.
As new funding opportunities are awarded, recipient information will be added to this page to highlight investments being made in rural communities across the state.
Use the dropdown menu below to learn more about funding recipients for each program.
Information on this page is subject to change based on CMS and RHTP priorities and funding. All BP1 funds must be spent and invoiced by subrecipients by July 31, 2027, and drawn down by OSDH by September 30, 2027.
The funding administrator serves as the entity responsible for dispersing the identified RHTP funds in compliance with applicable federal and state requirements, as well as monitoring and reporting program performance, as required by CMS.
Given the breadth and scope of work required to implement the 6 initiatives and 29 programs outlined in the RHTP application, along with the compressed timeline for budget period 1, partners were prioritized based on opportunities for immediate expansion and programs that were shovel-ready for rapid implementation.
