Winter Reading 2026: Book Bingo
What is the Book Bingo Challenge?
Read books from December 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026, to earn prizes, including a Reading is for Everyone coffee mug and a raffle entry into the grand prize drawing for an iPad!
Adult OLBPH patrons who read five books and get a bingo will receive a Reading is for Everyone coffee mug while supplies last. Patrons who get a blackout will receive an entry into the grand-prize raffle for an iPad.
How do I play?
Keep track of books you read between December 1 and February 28, 2026, by logging the title, author, and matching bingo square. Book titles may be used only once per card, and only one entry is allowed per person. Books must be from OLBPH or from BARD.
For help finding book recommendations to fill each square, you can call the OLBPH at 405-521-3514 to speak to a Reader Advisor.
How do I earn prizes?
Get a bingo! Complete a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line (5 books read) to earn a mug. Get a blackout (all 25 books read) and you will also earn an entry into the grand prize drawing for an iPad.
How do I submit my entry?
Bingo cards must be received by 5 p.m., March 6, 2026.
1. Mail your bingo card to the OLBPH at 300 NE 18th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73105.
2. Email a scanned PDF or picture of your bingo card, or a typed list of books read with title, author, and matching bingo square to olbph@okdrs.gov.
Fine print
Oklahoma Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped staff and supervisors, Department of Rehabilitation Services staff, supervisors, and commissioners, and their households are ineligible to win prizes.
Substitutions for the bingo square
Because patrons may not be able to see book covers, the following are acceptable substitutions for the bingo square that reads "Because you liked the cover":
1. You liked the description of the cover image provided by the alternative text.
2. You liked the annotation describing the subject of the book.
Funding for the Book Bingo Challenge is generously provided by Oklahomans for Special Library Services.
