Payment Methods
OK.gov online services collect all payments via a secure credit card transaction. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted card types amongst the various applications. Visa and MasterCard debit cards are also accepted; as well as Electronic Checks. Card types accepted vary per application. It is recommended that the credit, debit, or check card security code be provided. The security code is an individual three or four digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).
If an electronic check is returned, a notification will be sent to OK.gov and a reversal of the transaction will take place. It will then be the responsibility of the government entity in charge of the online service to collect from the user on the transaction.
Refund Policy
The system will attempt to authorize credit cards against the total of the purchase to ensure that the card has adequate funds to cover the amount of the purchase. If the transaction fails, then the online service will provide the appropriate failure message.
If a refund needs to be processed, it will be the responsibility of the government entity in charge of the online service to contact OK.gov and request a refund. If OK.gov is notified by the public user with a refund request, OK.gov will then notify an authorized representative of the merchant account holder with the request via email. The notified party will authorize or deny the refund request. Refunds will be processed for the full amount of the payment, including statutory fees plus any online fees. Refunds are issued on the same payment instrument on which the original transaction was processed.

- Transaction ID/Confirmation Number
- Transaction Amount
- Contact Phone Number
