Service Oklahoma to offer extended hours for teen driver license services

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
July 24, 2023

Service Oklahoma (SOK) knows summer can be a busy time for teenagers and their families. Teens looking to get a driver license or ID often need a parent or guardian to join them at a SOK location in order to complete their service.

We would like to help ease that stress with our Drive Back to School campaign for teen drivers.

SOK is excited to announce expanded service hours at some of our busiest locations. This move will allow SOK to help ease the burden on young drivers and their families as they prepare for the coming school year.

Driver license services including written and driving tests will be offered on a first come, first served basis on the last Saturday in July and each Saturday in August.

Service Oklahoma will be open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. for walk-ins only at the following locations on specific Saturdays:

6015 N. Classen Blvd., Building 4
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73118
Will be open July 29, Aug. 5, Aug. 12, Aug. 19, and Aug. 26

Main Street Plaza, 1635 South Main Street,
Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, 74012
Will be open July 29, Aug. 12, Aug. 19, and Aug. 26

14002 E. 21st Street LLA
Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74134
Will be open Aug. 5

Teen drivers and their families are encouraged to plan for their Drive Back to School visit. Please check our website to see exactly which documents you need before coming in, and to make sure you are qualified for the service you are seeking.
