OK Mobile ID App Decommissioned

OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA. – Service Oklahoma announced today that the OK Mobile ID App has officially been decommissioned.

While there was a lack of use cases with the app, Service Oklahoma has contacted users that provided contact information to let them know it is no longer in service.

Service Oklahoma remains committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all Oklahomans. Like their other online products and services, any future mobile applications will adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

The OK Mobile App was transferred to Service Oklahoma through the transition of services on November 1, 2022. Service Oklahoma then discontinued any promotion, integration or development efforts on the app.

Since its inception, Service Oklahoma’s mission has been to ease the stress for citizens to obtain government services. Service Oklahoma seeks to be a digital service leader, bringing human-centered design to the administration of government services.
