All breakout sessions at the 2025 State Suppliers Expo will be held on Day 2, Aug. 6, and dive deeper into the "how" of doing business with the State of Oklahoma.

NOTE: No breakout sessions will be offered on Day 1, Aug. 5, which is distinctly focused on networking at state-hosted booths in the exhibit hall.

Navigating the State Bidding Process

Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2025 | 9-9:45 a.m.

Speakers: Central Purchasing staff, Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES).

Description: Current and future suppliers will learn how to register as a state supplier, select category codes, access bidding events and submit a bid response.

Who should attend?
Ideal for companies that are new to doing business with the state.


Statewide Contract Opportunities

Description: An overview of statewide contracts. Current and potential suppliers will learn about existing contracts open for rebid and new statewide contract opportunities.

How to register for breakout sessions

Attendees can register for the Aug. 6 breakout sessions through the event pre-registration form, open April 8 through June 30.

If attendees miss the pre-registration window, they can still attend and register for breakout sessions the morning of Aug. 6 at the on-site registration table.
