Maitenance Charge Assistance: Grants to offset rising out-of-pocket maintenance charge costs, for veterans with less than 70% service-connected disability

Deferred Maintenance Suppprt: Facility renovations and repairs (due to age, use, and absolescence), HVAC replacements, window replacements, roof repairs, sewer line modernizations, manyother opportunities

Facility Modernization: Energy efficiency upgrades, updated physical therapy technologies, smart-room solutions, telehealth, technology pilots

Critical Care Needs: Special needs (such as neuropsyhological evaluations for veterans who have all the medical evidence of head trauma) for veterans who cannot get the VA to conduct comprehensive evaluations, nor acknowledge their issues as service connected.

Quality of Life Upgrades for Resiedents: Power charis and other mobility equipment, updated recreation area, vehicles, local travel, life experience events, modern entertainment equipment, exterior beautification, hands-free technologies
