LaToshia Broadwater - Manager of HR and Operations

LaToshia Broadwater is the Manager of HR and Operations for TSET. Before coming to TSET, LaToshia worked for the Department of Human Services in Child Welfare Services and as well as the Human Resources Division as an HR Specialist III. Broadwater served as the liaison for State Risk Management, Worker’s Compensation and the Division of Capital Assets Management. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Communication from the University of South Carolina Aiken.
