Disciplined Licensees and Firms

To find out if an individual or firm has been disciplined by Board, please follow the directions listed below.

1. Go to license search
2. Click on Individual License Search or Firm License Search
3. Type in Name and/or License Number and choose Search
4. On the general information page, click on Details (last column on the right)
5. Enforcement Action field will show if there has been any disciplinary action against the individual or firm
