Foreign Financial Interest Attestation Information

The OMMA has sent emails to our commercial license holders to inform them whether the required Foreign Financial Interest Attestation was completed. This email would have come from omma.noreply@ok.gov. Those who submitted an attestation that contained incorrect information will be notified via email that they need to complete a new form.

The attestation is an electronic form that can be completed on the OBNDD website. For licensees whose grower, processor, dispensary, lab, or transporter business license was approved on or before August 9, 2021, the deadline to complete this form is Friday, October 8, 2021.

Those licensed on August 10, 2021 and later will have 60 days from the date of licensure to submit a form. Those renewing a grower, processor, dispensary, lab, or transporter business license must complete this form within 60 days of the date their renewal was approved.

FFI Attestation FAQs

Yes. The OMMA has sent emails to our commercial license holders to inform them whether the required Foreign Financial Interest Attestation was completed. The email should come from omma.noreply@ok.gov and was sent to the point of contact email on file with the OMMA.

If you did not receive an email to inform you of your FFI attestation status, please check your spam folder and that the email we have on file for you is correct.

Commercial licensees who wish to update contact information, location, and/or ownership information may do so through the OMMA application portal. Submit a change request by logging into the portal and selecting “Create New Application” and then “Business License Update.” You will then select the “Create Application” button to fill out and submit the update request.

OMMA will respond with a request for more information or an approval/denial. Incomplete or improperly submitted requests will be rejected. Changes that affect a licensee’s qualifications for licensure may result in the loss of license.

This requirement applies to all OMMA grower, processor, dispensary, lab, and transporter licensees.

The deadline to complete this form for the above licensees who were licensed on or before August 9, 2021 is Friday, October 8, 2021. Everyone licensed on August 10, 2021 and later has 60 days from the date of licensure or approved renewal to submit a form.

This requirement applies to all OMMA grower, processor, dispensary, lab, and transporter licensees who were licensed on or before August 9, 2021. If your business owns more than one OMMA license, a separate attestation is required for each license. By state law, failure to complete this attestation before the October 8th deadline will result in the loss of your OMMA license.

If you were licensed (or approved for renewal) on or after August 10, 2021, you have 60 days from the date of licensure or renewal to submit a form.

OMMA is sending an email to all license holders that need to complete the form which will list your business by name and license number. The email will come from omma.noreply@ok.gov. If you have questions regarding the status of your attestation and it has been more than one business day after you submitted it, please contact our call center (405-522-6662).

If you experience trouble with the link, visit the OBNDD website (www.obndd.ok.gov). Click on "Registration and PMP," under "Forms and Waivers" click on "Foreign Financial Interest," and complete the attestation. This form must be completed by Friday, October 8, 2021. By state law, failure to complete this attestation before the deadline will result in the loss of your OMMA license.

If your business is no longer active or operational, you should surrender your license to the OMMA. To surrender your license, please complete a license surrender form, which can be found here. You will need to print and fill out the form, return it and your commerical license certificate to the address listed on the form. You will also need to surrender any associated transporter agent cards. We will process your surrender within X number of days of receipt of the form and required documents. If you have any questions, please contact the OMMA Call Center at 405.522.6662. 

If you submitted an attestation for your business on or prior to Oct. 8 (even if your license was renewed between your submission date and Oct. 8) you do not need to re-submit the attestation form. You should have received an email confirming you correctly completed the form.

Licensees who renew Oct. 9 and later will need to complete the attestation again.
