- The Executive Committee tasks the Data Governance Committee with Managing data-related tasks.
- The Executive Committee is the decision-making body for data governance.
- Data solutions are recommended to the Executive Committee for review and approval.

- Individuals from participating agencies who work with data.
- Agencies manage and provide data for shared services when needed.
