Workforce planning data can be used to understand the composition of the workforce. The following workforce data is available by fiscal year: agency headcounts, average age, average service time, retirement eligibility estimates and other demographic information (race/ethnicity, gender, generation and headcount by EEO categories) as well as turnover (voluntary and involuntary).
