PIM update
The Processing Ratification Agreements PIM has been updated as of June 2025. Please refer to the PIM webpage for the most recent versions of all PIM documents.
State Use program – WorkQuest update
Effective July 20, OMES Central Purchasing will end the current agreement with WorkQuest, our State Use third-party provider.
2025 State Suppliers Expo
Businesses of all sizes are invited to attend the State Suppliers Expo on Aug. 5-6.
Pre-registration closes June 30. Businesses unable to pre-register may still attend and register on-site at the expo.
Open statewide contracts
The following statewide contracts are currently open for solicitations:
- SW1021: Audio-video equipment, installation and maintenance.
- SW0035: Vehicles, with variable engine types.
- SW0081: Asphalt products.
- SW1071: IT translation services.
This process helps new suppliers join statewide contracts, driving value for Oklahoma.
