MUSKOGEE, Okla. – Muskogee leaders and legislators recently recognized Oklahoma School for the Blind’s 2019 Teacher of the Year, Laura Leatherman from Muskogee.
Leatherman, who is a fourth-grade teacher at OSB, was selected for the honor by a committee of co-workers.
She is a finalist for Professional Oklahoma Educators for Special Education.
