Assisted Living Case Manager Training Registration

Registration is now available for Case Managers and Case Manager Supervisors who wish to become certified to serve ADvantage Assisted Living Members on their caseload.  You must complete this training in order to be able to carry an Assisted Living case. 

This training will be held on Friday, February 24, 2017 at the OU-DHS Training Center, Equity Room, Norman, OK.  Seating for this training is limited and will be on a first to register basis. Registration will close on February 17, 2017, or when training capacity has been reached.

This training is open to all Case Managers and Case Manager Supervisors who wish to attend and receive certification.  All Case Management agencies must have a certified Case Manager Supervisor and a certified Case Manager before their agency may carry Assisted Living Members on their caseload.
