The Oklahoma Department of Human Services (DHS) Records Management Program:

(1) complies with statutory authority found in:
-
(A) Sections 201 through 215 of Title 67 of the Oklahoma Statutes (67 O.S. §§ 201 through 215), Records Management Act;
-
(B) 67 O.S. § 305, Archives and Records Commission (ARC); and
-
(C) ARC rules at Oklahoma Administrative Code, Title 60, Chapter 10; and
-
(2) takes direct guidance from:
-
(A) 21 O.S. § 590, Maintenance of Financial and Business Records - Retention, and Disposal Procedure - Violations; and
-
(B) 51 O.S. § 24A.1, Oklahoma Open Records Act.
