OKDHS:2-17-5. Employee interchange request procedures

(a) An employee interchange may be initiated by an employee, the employee's immediate supervisor, or an administrator, manager, or supervisor in the employee's line of supervision.

(b) Prior to approval, the individual requesting the interchange shall identify the specific interchange objectives and how they relate to the employee's career development goals.

(c) All parties in an employee interchange shall complete Form SD-3 (new Form 11PE204E), Employee Interchange Request.  This form shall include the terms of the interchange and the specific objectives to be accomplished.  Administrators of both the sending and receiving agency or division sign the form, indicating approval.  The completed and signed form shall be submitted to the division administrator, Human Resources Management Division, for review and forwarding of the approved Form SD-3 (new Form 11PE204E) to Employee Relations and Development Unit (ERDU).
