OKDHS:2-11-42. Electronic purchase card reports and statements

     Purchase card (p/card) transactions are available electronically as they are received from the issuing bank to the cardholder and the Finance Division approving official. Account information is:

• (1) viewed and reports generated; and
• (2) maintained on the PVS Net server for 13 months. Each division establishes a procedure for maintaining necessary data before it is removed from the server.
