Appropriated funds for the new fiscal year are typically finalized on the last Friday in May.  Oklahoma Human Services (OKDHS) is required to submit a new fiscal year budget work program to the Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) budget division by June 30th of each year.
