OKDHS:2-11-95. Sick leave accrual rates and limits

     Probationary and permanent employees accrue 15 days of sick leave per year.  There is no accumulation limit on sick leave.  Employees accrue sick leave based on an hourly accrual determined by the number of hours worked (excluding overtime), paid leave, and holidays, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 260:25-15-10 and 260:25-15-12.  Temporary employees and other limited term employees are not eligible for paid sick leave per Section 840-2.20(A)(3) of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes (74 O.S. 840-2.20(A)(3)).
