OKDHS:2-1-96. Vacancy posting decision

(a) To obtain authorization to fill a vacancy, the local administrator, at the request of the appropriate program staff where the position exists, submits Form 11PE031E Job Announcement Requisition, to the appropriate chain-of-command.

(1) local administrator is responsible for confirming with appropriate programs and management staff that adequate funding and full-time equivalency (FTE) is available.

(2) If an alternate hiring level is requested, Human Resource Management (HRM) authorizes the job family descriptor (JFD) for an alternate hiring level.

(b) If a change in position allocation is necessary due to a significant change in assigned duties and responsibilities, Form 11PE072E, Position Description Questionnaire is completed and submitted to HRM through appropriate supervisory channels.
