OKDHS:2-1-6. Interagency transfer

(a) An employee transferring from Oklahoma Human Services (OKDHS) to a position in another state agency submits a written notification to the local administrator indicating the agency to which the employee is transferring and the last day the employee is on duty with OKDHS. A copy of this notice is provided to the immediate supervisor, Human Resource Management , and Finance Division Payroll Unit. As with a resignation, the employee is expected to give at least 14-calendar days' notice of transfer.
(b) An employee who transfers from another state agency to OKDHS may transfer a maximum of 80 hours of annual leave.
(c) An employee's accrued sick leave is transferred in full.
