317:55-5-20. Capitation rates

OHCA will contract with an actuary, as defined at 42 C.F.R. ' 438.2, to establish actuarially sound capitation rates, as described at 42 C.F.R. '' 438.3(c), 438.4, and 438.5, for OHCA to pay to MCOs and DBMs.
