Verified upon Receipt

Some verification is considered verified upon receipt – meaning that once it is given to us, it is considered verified.  If the information is questionable or inconsistent with known facts, then you may need to request verification.

The provider of verification that is considered verified upon receipt tends to be the primary source of verification – be it the client's statement or tools on IMS.
