Client Rights and Responsibilities

Many offices go over the client's rights and responsibilities first or last depending on the preferences of the office or the nature of the interviews.  For example, at the support center, this is done last because "Rights and Responsibilities" are baked right in to the signature page of the website.  In face-to-face interviews, you will likely elect to show the interactive video.  You can use this time to image all the documentation that the client provided.  Over the phone, you will likely wish to read a script out loud.
