All income that SNAP Policy does not specifically exclude counts toward the household’s SNAP eligibility.  SNAP benefits use the household’s countable monthly income to determine eligibility. This means that you will convert income received on a non-monthly pay schedule (daily, weekly, biweekly, annually, etc.) to a monthly amount to determine SNAP eligibility. 

Income is either earned income, which includes self-employment, or unearned income.
