​Expedited Service for Migrant or Seasonal Farm Laborers   

As the Criteria section suggests, migrant or seasonal farm laborer households qualify for expedited service if their liquid resources do not exceed $100 at application and

• their gross monthly income is less than $150 or


• they are destitute.
